Linder must have goofed. The yes vote is gone now. I hate to say it, but he seems a little dumb. They had to get his attention to vote for the resolution earlier tonight.
Yeah, exactly. Apparently, the Repubs twisted his arm, and he changed his vote to No. I'd like to see a statement from him explaining his previous Yes vote.
