I am not a lawyer and am confused...It appears to me that Rep are voting for the Murtha resolution...and Rats are not... Someone please clear this up.. Thanks in advance

I believe at this point they are voting on a procedural motion on whether or not to vote on the resolution. The Reps want a vote -- so they can vote against the Murtha resolution -- while the Rats want to avoid taking a public stand. Therefore the Reps are voting to have the vote while the Rats are voting against having the vote.
