Victory isn't a strategy? Perhaps if your Goal is asthe Dems, to lose the war, it's an unpalatable strategy but strategy nevertheless it is.

Democrats DO have victory as a strategy. They want to beat Republicans. Again, they are fighting the wrong war at the wrong time.
