The Rats are struggling because this vote is political to them and has nothing to do with conviction, backbone, or patriotism.

They are calling their pollsters to find out what strong conviction they should have tonight.

My favorite part is that the 24 hour time span has been too short for the Rats to have time to poll their constiuents and find out how they should vote.

Secondly, once this vote is done, they can't change their stance for each audience they have at their re-election rallies.
