Drinks are being served in the rear of the House chamber. The guy who keeps banging that hammer thing is mad because he thinks he's going to get stuck with the tab. That's why he keeps yelling about the "order!" He wants everyone to sit down so the waitstaff can get the tabs right. I suspect that "The Swimmer" has walked in for a few cold ones on the way to the "bahhhhr".

The government should not be in the insurance business. Or, in the case of FEMA/NFIP, the government should not be in the insurance subsidy business.
And, the idiots that are saying that insurance policies that are written by the states now say that flood is covered are just trying to ripp off the insurers.
