Thank God Bush removed Saddam from power and that our troops are over there sending terrorists to the grave. Could you imagine if Clinton was president? We would be lavished with a feel good story every night on the news about the children or women of Iraq or how the mood in the muslim world is changing since the terrorists are bombing mosques while Americans are trying to prevent it.

Let them just try to defund after a lopsided vote like this one. The POTUS arguably has inherent spending power as Commander-in-Chief as well - which time are you referring to about 3 million dying? Iran-Contra was the last time I recall, and neither side wanted to challenge the other too much over that.
