The only way I know to stop it dead in it's tracks is to stop foreign remittances to mexico, by stopping electronic transfers of money, they will physically have to go home to mexico to take the money home.
The US govt (Post Office) is making money off from these transfers. Stop the flow of money, stop the illegals.

Why stop it?
Why not a 50% tax on it. Take the tax and help fund hospitals / schools and other sources of taxpayer funded institutions that the illegals sponge off of. Let's have someone ELSE chip in and pay for services rendered. Let's ease the tax burden of American taxpayers for a change.
