Non-Sequitor: John Murtha has two wars as a Marine under his belt - Korea and Vietnam. He can say whatever he damn well pleases.
I never served in the military but I do watch a lot of war movies, am I also allowed to say whatever I damn well please or does that freedom only apply to war vets?
You can say whatever you damn well please, that's one of the rights that Murtha fought in two wars to protect. But I'll give more credibility to people who have actually been there than those who's experience comes from Hollywood movies.
