Oh I agree with you on that issue, but the "muddled recollection defense" is compelling even without Woodward's latest revelation.
If Woodward knew, then how many others knew. If her employtment was the CIA was general knowledge, then Libby could have picked up the information at a social event even before he heard it from Cheney or someone else in government.
