On welfare for at least six years. And for the last 4 and a half no one checks to see if the person is real and/or alive.

What happened to the whole 'welfare reform' that was supposed to start limits on how long a person can stay on welfare? Why aren't our tax dollars more wisely spent? Shouldn't we have better stewardship of the taxes? But now the great state of NY will spend more money on the trial and taking care of this mother for the rest of her life, whether she's convicted or not.

The "mother" should be executed. It's the right thing to do. And until murderers are executed, justice will not be seen in this country.
