Rummy- Time will tell. We'll learn. Ah-ha! Rummy doesn't accept that there were no WMD or he'd say so. Interesting answer from Rummy :0)

Congress holds the "purse" string for the war - all questions asked have a very critical tone & manner to them - Rummy still holding his own -

It'd be nice if someone asks about Rockerfeller's statment about telling Syria we were going to attack Iraq. With these reporters??
That's wishful thinking

Reporter-thinks the vote in Congress signals vote of no confidence?
Rummy- They play a Role in Constitution. And amendment was just rejected suggesting the invention the reporter implies.
Rummy highlighting the huge progress being made. Constitution and government in short time with no such history.
Reporter- if you'd known of faulty intelligence, made the same recommendtaion for war?
Rummy- not getting into that. Yahoo! That, Senate Reps, is how you answer. You don't say no. You stand by decision!

Exactly! I just don't understand why the found WMDs and secured uranium are taken so out of context.
Like what part of ... we secured all these tons of uranium in Iraq ... is a bad thing for the administration to tout?

The lion claim was debunked as the lions were shipped out 3 months before the date of the alleged attack.

Reporter- One sentiment in Senate by both parties is that Iraqi's need incentive to take control by knowing we won't be there indefinitely. Do they need a message?
Rummy- Iraqi's most generally agree they don't want us there indefinitely. Seems we're all in agreement. Already handing over control. Won't engage in turnover that would suggest instability or suggest to terrorists they can wait us out and then impose their way.
