Well, the devolution of our society continues.
Soon there will be no laws and, hence, no crime.
Isn't that special - a condom club. How droll.

I bet they'd discriminate against and kick out the conservative member who brought in his condom that had "I Love Bush" written on the side.

Kids will show up for club meeting just to see who is there.
Could be the new black market! Get a free condom at meeting and sell it for a buck to someone who didn't want to be seen at the meeting.

"Twelve condoms a week! I don't know sex workers who need that many condoms," he wrote. That was my first thought! The much-publicized "sex survey" indicated that married people get more sex than single people, and married people average less than three times per week. Some school administrator is basing distribution on his wildest fantasies.

Gee, whatever happened to the Drama Club, the French Club, the Greek Society and the Math Club?
Those were the clubs to belong to when I was in school. Now, it's the Pervert Club, the Sexual Deviants Club, the My-Son-Wears-A-Dress Club, etc.

I'll bet a couple of smart guys who are having trouble getting laid figured this club would be a good way to identify the easy girls.

By health, we mean physical, emotional and sexual well-being. We will continue to create a safe space for students that is free of judgment
Spiritual well-being was, somehow, ommitted in the statement of what they "mean"...
And no space is free from God's judgment.

A report in North Gate News Online, a publication of the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, said the school's health clinic, which advertises the Condom Club, helped make the school's pregnancy rate the lowest in the state......Other clubs have included Alternative Chess, Gay-Straight Alliance...
I'm wondering if that low pregnancy rate could be the result of other "educational" efforts at the school...

Back in the day, I did some volunteer counseling at the local community center. I did notice a steady increase of problems from the first day I was there to the last. Every time I thought there was a case that couldn't be worse or sadder, I got a surprise the next month. The victims would also seem to get younger as time went by.
Many of the clients were court ordered to attend counseling and evaluation. Some of what I saw scared me from having kids in today's society. The "condom club" and similar articles about schools/kids do not help my fears.
FReepers and other sane individuals gave me hope that we could turn the corner and stop the Libs' assault on family and morals. "For the children" should mean more than throwing money and free condoms at them.
