This is not the government of India (federal goverment). This is a state government- for the state of gujarat. It does not reflect the will of the entire Indian nation or the federal goverment.
The state goverment for the state of gujarat has strong fascist tendancies. Unfortunately they are supported by the majority of people in that state
There are other states where Commies are dominant ~ albeit not in the majority but "dominant" because the Christians vote with them against the Hindus and Moslems!
It's a big country with many conflicts.
