One of the most important things he said earlier was that oppressive regimes promise a utopia to their people only so they can maintain their own personal regime and that is the one thing that liberals and socialists don't seem to understand when they support people like Chavez, Ahmadinejad, and others. Or like Castro and Che, who promised a peoples' revolt only to take their freedom away once they were in power.
