What is maturity for a 1996 Grange?
I'm sitting on some 1998 Shiraz which was a great year. I have some good ones like Dead Arm, but I think they can wait another 5-10 years.
Most of the notes I have read on the Grange talk about holding it for fifteen to twenty years but maybe that is a bit too long. I don't know for sure.
