Her comments about how quickly her lies were unmasked displays why the fringe, radical, ultra-left still are unaware of the power of talk radio and the internet. They still believe that they can lie with impunity and have their detractors quieted by refusal of editors to run the complaint letters. Well, on the internet and on talk radio, their is no gatekeeper to squelch dissent. And there is always an expert at hand.

Try to slip a lie past a talk radio host and somebody who has expertise in that area is already listening. If they can get through, then the lie will be rebutted. On the internet, we don't have to wait to be selected to speak. Buckhead's observation simply allowed for a starting point where a coherent argument could be developed. Others, sometimes with specialized knowledge weighed in and the thread of a theory developed. A mighty brainstorming session.

By the end of the week, the far-left kook fringe was left arguing that there was equipment available in the market that could have produced a memo which looked remarkable like MS Word. They left open the reason why the Air Force would have purchased expensive specialized commercial typesetting equipment for use by untrained clerks for generating memos. And apparently this is the only military installation of its kind at the time with such high-end equipment.

Oh well. She hasn't been "proved wrong" yet. And she hasn't yet proved that she is not a lying producer.

And there is always an expert at hand.

Stories get instantaneously vetted to an audience of billions.
