The Liberal MSM were praising Al and Tipper's sacred "V-Chip" and telling us it was going to "clean up" TV. I guess it didn't work out.Even their ratings system didn't clean up TV either. It's become an annoyance. At first I wasn't bothered by it, now the ratings box is 30% bigger and takes up 1/4 of the screen.
