I think he is asking or DEMANDING a Criminal Investigation. He says that early on in the video.
I'm not sure how best to go about it legally, but whatever venue gets this story out with all the players named and the appropriate people discredited would be best. Especially if it ends with criminal prosecution. Just like with Rathergate, it has to become such a huge story that the MSM is unable to ignore it any longer. Considering the administration most responsible, the MSM isn't going to cooperate willingly.
Just who will investigate these crimes? The CYA or the FIB?
