Hey, if we can get half of them passed (esp. 73-75), then I think that it's a victory for Arnold. I think he really needs one right about now. I may live on the other side of the country, but I think he's a bright spot for the GOP. Yes, he's more moderate than conservative, but I like a lot of what he's tried to do. Besides, it is California after all. You aren't going to get a conservative elected in a statewide race these days. Arnold's probably the best we can do, and I sure hope he wins re-election, although the odds seem against him at the moment.

I think Arnold would be a good VP candidate for 2008, should he lose re-election (the Consitution appears to me to only mandate that the President must be a citizen, not the VP, which until recently was not regarded as an important position)....

the VP has to have the requirements as the President because he has to be able to assume the presidency.
