Alameda will be more than offset by what's left of San Bernadino and Riverside. The real question is whether what's left of Orange and San Diego counties will trump Los Angeles - or even if L.A. county's large Catholic/Hispanic population will vote yes on 73.

So far, Prop. 73 is creeping back up. Slowly, but it is going back up.
