Well folks, here in Santa Barbara county, 100% of the votes are in. SB is the tiniest bit more conservative than the average of the state, due only to its large non-coastal population. Anyway, everything lost except Prop 75, which won by 150 votes out of 78000. So things are not looking good. It is no across the board across the state tonight.

73 even being close is inexcusable. It failing is truly remarkable.
