Orange County voter turnout: 15.3% -- 228,503 votes cast San Diego Co. voter turnout: 15.7% -- 217,812 votes cast Orange and San Diego mostly uncounted so far.
SD and Orange shoud have a 35% turnout. I voted about 7pm (SD) and there was a steady flow of voters. And OC and SD will take the numbers to the right.
