Well all the absentees are in, in Orange County, about 40% of its vote, and heavily conservative, as per usual.
The big jump - San Fransisco just jumped from 2.9% in to 67% in.
It looks like, at a minimum, 75 is going to pass. 73 and 74 are still in the game.
