I'm not sure about Prop. 73 and 74. They seem too close that, once San Franfreakshow comes in, these two might fail.
Prop. 75 on the other hand...appears headed to victory! And more power to it!

They will pass. They're leading in Los Angeles County. Hey we take what we can get. All year Arnold has been pulverized by the unions and the Democrats and he's still standing. He'll look stronger after tomorrow. The spending cap issue will be back again as well as redistricting. Those issues are not going to go away any time soon.
