San Francisco and the Bay Area will vote against 73, 74 and 75 but it won't make a difference. Californians like a spending cap - when 46% of the public voted for it, politicians need to pay attention. People obviously do want the government to live within its means (Prop. 76 wouldn't really restrain spending so that's why voters rejected it) and the Democrats are in danger of overreaching if they think it means business as usual.
