The Houston Chronicle, of course, had mounted a campaign against Proposition 2. They took a stand on all 9 Propositions, and the voters chose differently on 7 of the 9.

That's how out of touch the Houston Chronicle is, and they wonder why their circulation is declining.

However, true to form, their op-ed section today features a hometown attack on Republicans, an anti-Bush hometown cartoon, and columns exclusively written by liberals. Not a single conservative voice in that section.

Yes, I very rarely if ever pick up a copy of the Chronicle sometimes I look in the classified section but thats it, And with the advent of the Internet there's really no need for that anymore.

The gal on the channel 11 news in Houston along with a couple of reporters looked as if they'd rather die than report the results of the votes on prop 2. No enthusiasm about it at all. ;-)
