Only 89 precincts out of 220 something are in. Still alot to be counted in Fairfax. These 89 precincts...some are huge for Kaine. Kilgore needs to keep Kaine's percent to the mid 50s. Some wealthy precincts are only 50/50. Does not sound too good.
