That was so far from a legitimate election to get Lautenburg in it's ridiculous. That was NO election. It was a typical NJ hose job.

Agree the Dems switched the candidates illegally, but there was an election in NJ and Lautenberg won. Didn't the GOP take this issue to court and lose the decision, which enabled the Dems to annoint Lautenberg?

Yeah they took it to court and won in a libral court. IT was as far from a legitmate election as it can be, but in the whore house that is NJ politics it's what I would expect.
