Archdiocesan communications director returns to City Hall

Stephen J. Kearney resigned as communications director for the Archdiocese of Baltimore effective Oct. 10.
Mr. Kearney, who took up the archdiocesan post in July 2002, will return to working for Baltimore City Mayor Martin J. OMalley as director of policy and communications. He served as the mayors communications director prior to accepting the position at the archdiocese.
