Here is a legal question I have: My friend Charles Heller, host of the radio show Liberty Watch Radio believes that activist judges should be stopped by using methods proposed by the Judicial Accountability Inititive Law website while I believe we should be able to impeach judges using existing rules, however, it should be a lot easier.

Any legal eagles want to give an opinion? I'd like to know which method to support, or if there is a third one that is better than either of those two.
