I bought Men In Black 3 months or so ago, and just got the time to read it this weekend. OMG, even as a lawyer myself I never knew how much SCOTUS truly is destroying America until I read Mark's book. His chapter "al Quaeda Gets a Lawyer" makes you want to weep for this country. Then the Hamdan case gets accepted today. Unbelieveable.

Is he talking about the NJ vote? I hope Republicans use this as a rallying cry for '06. Taking a governor seat in a dark blue state would really neuter the dems heading into next year. Though, neutering liberals doesn't take much effort. By definition, it's a short trip as they're already half way there.

Perhaps the VA GOP needs to pick a candidate with a bit more personality. I have hope for Forrester -- Jersey's sick of the Dem sleaze. I think people will come out of the closet behind the poll booth curtain, and vote their disgust -- against the sleaze. Forrester by 5%, Kaine by 2%.

AMEN! Go General! And he can't be called a Bush crony because in he past, he critiqued some of the things the administration did regarding Iraq, but not the war in general. So any attacks of cronyism against Valalley are baseless and easily dispelled. Valalley is AWESOME!
