So here we have a constitutional challenge to the President's authority to try these slime at Gitmo using military commissions .... and John Roberts had to recuse himself because he was on the panel of the DC Court of Appeals that held the Pres had constitutional authority to try them in this way. The Supreme's accepted an appeal from a decision that their new Chief Justice participated in.

IMHO, this isn't good at all and the Supreme's are primed to hold that the Pres doesn't even have authority to have military trials of these combatants. Sickening.

rally here in San Diego and they wouldn't let him in, LOL!
So he became a pest out front anyways.
