Party of and... Interesting. Just be careful that it doesn't try to become the party of everybody that at the end becomes the party of nobody.

Too long, too wordy and too condescending. They should reread the "Gettysburg Address" for an example of brevity before they try again.

There is no room for conservative economic nationalists in the GOP. I live in NJ and it is worst for conservatives because the GOP is dominated by RINO's. So I joined the Conservative Party of NJ. See www.cpnj.org for more info.

"Class warfare is for Democrats."

Interesting statement.

The Republicans I know are for all the classes.

Your statement is also interesting. Or just meaningless.

"Or just meaningless"

How juvenile to discount another Republican in such a manner.

"Nice talking to you."

Well the discourse has been exceptional. You will have to excuse me, I have some important business to attend to.

How does the Conservative party compare to the Constitution party? Do you know how many members there are nationwide?

Conservative Party of New Jersey is similiar to the Constitution Party on the role of the Constitution. We are originalists. We do not want conservative laws enacted by the judicial unless there is consitutional grounds and authority to do so. Otherwise the legislature passes a law or the people amend the consitution to create the right/authority. My party also deals with local issues such as smaller government, accountability, etc and etc. The party is strictly NJ level. I do not think we have a national level party yet. Our heyday was the late 1990's when we fielded a candidate in every Congressional District and on average garnished 6 percent of the vote.

Most definitely. I even have to edit this gem:

This is the Republican party of today--[...] a party whose constituents are surprisingly comfortable with bad-but-popular liberal ideas like raising the minimum wage, expanding clumsy environmental regulations, or hiking taxes on the wealthy to fund a health care entitlement.
Sure hit the nail on the head, though.

The next GOP tax cut ought to be targeted explicitly to married couples with children--or, alternatively, a creative Republican politician might champion a generous baby bonus, a pro-natalist child benefit designed to help defray the costs of children and to encourage larger families.

I always thought it was weird that since Bush was going to have a tax policy that encouraged "families," and since married women are the only women who will vote GOP, that he didn't go more overboard on that tax plan with the child credits, etc. In for a penny, in for a pound, you'd think.

Lighten up kids. You both are more in synch than not. Hell, the world's a fighten each other everywhere we look, might not we few freepers be above petty vitriol? If we do not hang together, well...you know the rest. Free regards,

Well, I think that's a fine idea.

On the other hand, for someone like myself has a short attention span at best, it's hard to get focused on a message when it's really long, ya know? Trying to take it all in,,wheww. It's been a tough week. The more brief, the better for my old brain.

That said, it's obviously a post that took a lot of thought and energy and I would compliment that.
