"I would appreciate learning more about the beurs of Paris."

And I would simply like to know what 'beurs' is. Have they been with us for long, does everyone have them or is it a new thingy?

Basically I think it is a french word for arabs born in France.

A fast-food joint where the trouble started in France uses "beur" in their name and as play on the American Burger King.

You will have to ask Vicomte13. Apparently the youts who are torching cars are called that. I was just trying to accomodate some vernacular.

I am imagining that these particular youts all look like the folks who hijacked 4 planes on Sept 11 - but that is just my imagination gone wild! If vicomte13 says that we should not attach any connection to the religion of peace to them, then I say fine. Tell me more.
