I don't recall the German people ever being lumped all together. Since my family heritage is German, I never suffered during WWII.

And, even the Nazis weren't as virulent as the maniacal islamomurderers. The Germans in this country, for the most part, denounced the Nazis. I haven't heard one ragtop in this country denounce the killers.

No, it is not a fact all Germans were Nazis, it was Europeans were Nazis. As long as the German Army was winning there was a lot of Sieg Hieling going on. Only 40% of the SS was ever even German. One thing people fail to realize is Hitler himself was not even a German.

Nazism was a movement, not a state, and the same is true of Islamic Fundamentalism. You do have a few Arabic countries leading the charge as Germany led it for Germany. But never forget, it is an idea, and that is more dangerous than fighting a state.
