Wow, you're really angry. My post said that there are plenty of French conservatives and I KNOW this because I have been to France and I have MET them. Unfortunately, they are forced to hide. Anyone who questions the media-condoned "truth" is called "racist", "facist", and often loses his job, just for disagreeing with the media. There are National Front towns which exist despite gerrymandering, but they are few and far between. But, on any drive though Southern France, you will see hundreds of "Le Pen" or "National Front" posters. I've been all over France and I have never been mistreated for being an American (even though my French is lousy!)

No, I am not angry, but the french are beyond defending on this, and I have been sick and tired of the holier than thou attitudes coming from them for MANY years. It can't be said more plainly than has been said on this thread by many people. Americans are sick and tired of the decades of snobbery and arrogance of the frensh people. They were told for YEARS what they were doing with the muslims like this was a BAD idea and they basically told the critics to "piss off". Well fine then. I say france can "piss off". They've been nothing but against U.S. policy on all important issues and I see NO REASON that the U.S. should waste anytime on france at all. They haven't earned it, they don't deserve it, and they certainly haven't been respectful enough of Americans, Christians, or Jews to at all receive it.

And as I said before, which you didn't have an answer to, if the french people are so nice and like Americans so much, as you claim, why do their leaders keep getting more and more socialistic, and prefer to deal with and defend America's enemies than siding with America? Why has there not been an uprising of the so called "pro-American / Pro-western" french people against those socialistic leaders?

Also, I wonder how nice those french you mention would be to you if approached them as a Christian or a Jew. Becuase the french policies towards Christians and Jews are among the most radical in Euope, but they give free reign to muslims. So pardon me if I don't care about the french you say are so nice to you, because even if they aren't supporting the anti-Semitic / anti-Christian / anti-American policies put into practice by their government, they're allowing them, which makes them complicit at the very least.

Oh, and you only call my post a rant because you disagree with it. Nice try though. It would have more credibility if you could actually point out something I said that was factually incorrect. Because you can't do that, well. That kinda speaks for itself. 8)
