True. I heard about this. Here's more:
Ten high schools in the Los Angeles area bused over 800 students to participate in a large anti-George Bush rally organized by a group called "The World Can't Wait--Drive Out the Bush Regime." Teachers, administrators, and campus security all defended the decision, saying it gave them a chance to supervise students who would be protesting anyway...

But as a teacher, I like indoctrinating kids. How else are they going to find out about the "real" world then?
Thank goodness I live in a Republican area I guess.

I enjoy the students I have and love teaching. The parents and kids are some of the best people I have ever met. I love seeing the kids excel in different areas and especially enjoy going to something they participate in at a church. I bawl like a baby every time because it's nice to see such faith from these little ones. I guess I'm spoiled as a teacher. I get kids who learn and who have good parents who are patient with this bumbling, mistake-prone teacher. In turn I am patient with them. Nobody's perfect so it is a little give and take. I REALLY appreciate the strong parents that the kids have and try to let them know how much I am thankful for and appreciate them. I appreciate the kindness they show me and the kind comments they give at times, though I often wonder why because I don't feel that I deserve it. I am thankful for being so blessed. I see some good things happen that are beyond explanation--they certainly aren't because of me. It's through the faith and efforts of the kids and their parents with help from the big guy upstairs. I am just thankful that I get to be a witness to it all and learn so much.
