"I'm not sure the Constitution Party is open for discussion at FR. They have their own web site with all the trimmings."
The Constitution Party, the America First Party, and other conservative parties have to be open to discussion here. The 1st thing on FR's homepage is the statement:
"Free Republic is the premier online gathering place for independent, grass-roots conservatism on the web."
Independent - not tied to any party. These parties are decidedly conservative. So I assume they're open for discussion because I assume the management of FR is being truthful about what FR is.
It would be most unfortunate if the only viewpoints that could be discussed were those of the RNC, the administration, or whatever. Because if that were the case it would make FR just another party mouthpiece shill site, on the order of DU or even TerriPac. I sure would hate for it to be like that.

Did you see Terri and her mom's picture in Sunday's Parade Magazine?
The major criticism I have is that they called it a "right to die" issue. They also failed to mention that Terri is indeed deceased. That's the media for you. The liberals must fight the real conservatives and their argument goes away if too many people find out that Terri's not living.
Have you ever heard a liberal or a democrat besides Michael Schiavo or the ACLU mention that Terri died on March 31st? Of course not. They can't go about attacking the GOP if the GOP didn't actually save her. But, they're going to do it in 2006 anyhow.
