And, is Judge Whittemore gay? Is Charlie Crist gay? The media has already asked Crist point blank if he's gay.

They aren't brave enough to ask Judge Whittemore if he's gay like his pal Joe Redner.

I am not anti-gay but if the gay guy is also w/the ACLU and the Atheists of Florida and they were cheering Judge Whittemore on as he tortured Terri hour upon hour, and defied the US Congress and President, under those conditions, I am against gaydom.

Judge Whittemore SHOULD HAVE RECUSED instead of torturing Terri for his friends.
