Well here is one excerpt from the website:

"At the TerriPAC Election Center, you will see your donations being put to work to pay for television and radio ads, direct mail or personal appearances by Michael Schiavo in the states and districts of political leaders who chose their own political gain over personal privacy and the rule of law.

HOME | WHO WE ARE | WHAT WE DO | ELECTION CENTER | RESOURCES | DONATE ONLINE | LIVING WILLS | CONTACT US

©2005 TerriPAC, All Rights Reserved.

Paid for by TerriPAC www.terriPAC.com Not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee."

...which is a clear statement of intention to engage in electioneering communications to influence national elections (since it also shows a picture of Congressman Tom Delay); but since I haven't yet found any entry on the FEC website for this PAC, I wonder if it is already in violation of federal election law.

Anyone know how to check more thoroughly?

I'm not sure if a PAC has to register with the FEC before they solicit donations. I would guess that they do. Hmmm...
