Dera Marie Jones, 32, was found guilty of transmitting a death threat across state lines. The jury found that Jones had intended to threaten Schiavo and Whittemore on March 22 when she posted a message on an AOL message board which was dedicated to the Terri Schiavo case.
The message read, "IF SHE DIES, I WILL KILL MICHAEL SCHIAVO AND THE JUDGE THIS IS FOR REAL!"
Woman Guilty Of Death Threat to Judge, Michael Schiavo

Curiously this news flash on the threat has spilled all over the country, hot news!
The world will be shocked at this horrible threat as the real perps get their good buddy slaps on the back.

"It was only a matter of time. Remember Howard Dean's promise back in April that Democrats are going to "use Terri Schiavo later on"? It appears the time is now...just in time to kick off the 2006 cycle."
"Michael Schiavo has launched TerriPAC to exploit his wife's memory for the benefit of raising cash for Democrats."
"A closer look at the domain registration for TerriPAC.com shows the site is registered to NovemberGroup.net, a group that bills itself as a "full-service progressive campaign management, political consulting and project coordination company." Translation, Democrat fundraising organization. It's run by Democrat campaign veteran, Derek Newton."
"I guess campaigning on the memory of dead relatives is the new Democrat strategy. Looks like the Democrats are going to keep their promise to 'use Terri'."
Others comment: Ace contemplates Terri's last words to her husband: "If I should be in a vegative state, I want you to pull the plug on me, and then use my name to raise money to protect every woman's right to have the plug pulled on them by a conflict-of-interest-riddled de facto ex-husband. And, while you're at it, make sure you dip your own beak, too."
One must be careful when posting on an internet message board. The woman made a death threat.
I haven't read all of the posts here, but someone just told me this disgusting info:
Michael Schiavo is going to try to get into politics to keep laws from being passed that government can't interfer with family decisions on people like Terri Schindler.
Anybody hear about this??
Re: my last post. I knew about the PAC, but I'm wondering if there's something else political going on, as well.
Hmmmmm. The more that I think about it, the more I think it must be the PAC.
It's just that my friend knew about that PAC, so heard something on the news that gave her the impression that it was something else.
Maybe it was the way the news announced it.
I don't get it. Mikie threatened for years and finally, actually killed his wife. Why is he walking around?
If this woman gets the right lawyer, I think she could really make some good arguments in court.
On the other hand, the poster at AOL who posted a threat, can't she plead out?
Watch the convict get a better deal than a woman who typed more than she should have. The woman in trouble didn't realize at the time that the people responsible for Terri are going to get their's in a matter of time and that we don't have to be involved. It is just going to happen - karma, you know?
