Would you want to be a criminal defendant in Downey's courtroom? Is he too easy on defendants because he identifies with them because he's got bizarre tendencies.

Ft Myers is pretty far away from here. I suppose they couldn't find a psychologist up here who was willing to evaluate DOWNEY or possibly their fees were too high for Chief Judge Demers to have my taxes pay for.
