Even though
this piece of scum committed his crime when I was only a baby, he wasn't executed until 1998. I remember when he finally got what he deserved, it was big news as his crime seriously shook the town. Last year, I was taking a class and the instructor was the Chief of Police in College Station. He discussed this case at length with us as it was one the first murder he dealt with as a patrolman. I think the file is gruesome enough but I could add another detail about "mutilation" that isn't included but is something I don't think most people want to read about.
