A DemocRAT operative logs on to FR as MD4BUSH and starts slandering the RAT Mayor of Baltimore. He sends FReepmail to NCPAC, a Maryland GOPer and aide to Governor Erhlich named Joseph Steffen. Steffen replies to the RAT operative's FReepmail, saying he should not go there.

MD4BUSH, the RAT operative, gives a copy of NCPAC's message(s) to the Washington Post. The Post then prints a big article saying Steffen was engaged in slandering the RAT Mayor, despite the fact that he was not. Steffen is forced to resign.

Steffen should sue Ryan O'Dougherty. Oh, and does anybody think the Washington Post is going to report this?

Thanks for the info.

This just shows how underhanded and slimy the rats really are and why they earned the name RATS. Moreover, it also demonstrates why FReepers should always be in super-alert mode.

Steffen should sue Ryan O'Dougherty.

He's definitely got a case. This Dem operative destroyed his career, and possibly more. He should go for it! Go after the big guys, so the press has no choice but to pick it up.
