I can't stand her talk of "protecting the rights and liberties of the American people".

And yet she just said she doesn't support the right of the American people to defend themselves nor did she mention of the right of the unborn to make it out of the womb.

And apparently she opposes the rights of the father of a child to make any decisions about that child while a hostage in the apparently murderous mother's womb.

Actually, only spousal notification was at issue in Casey (on which Alito dissented), not spousal consent.

Uh, Babs, the Constitution handles that, not Judges. Ask any high school student. You DID graditate, didn't you?
