Ghetto nails as long as daggers with more paint on them than Earl Schieb with little gold doohickies stuck to the nail. Very distracting and trashy looking.

I guess the European style of short, unpolished well filed nails or French manicures is just "too white."

I think it looks particularly nice with a dark complexion.
