I'll not deny that racism exists, and that black people have a tough battle to get to the top, but I'm betting that the majority of their problems are their own doing.

I think Willingham got a pretty fair shake. Charlie Wise got an unusually excessive reward that is given only to white people.
And I agree totally with the second part of your statement. Life is harder on black people, but they have compounded the problem with their attitudes.
