Good point. Dontchya just love the way these guys use this "Privacy" nonsense to cover just about everything the Constitution DID NOT mean?!!! How does trying to save a baby from being put to death interfere with a woman's privacy???? Perhaps she should have behaved herself in private.

I don't see how gay marriage is an issue of privacy. What is more "public" than a wedding, a family attending a school-sponsored event, company employment benefits being extended to a married spouse, and government, insurance, and pension benefits distributed to a surviving spouse?

How is it that invisible "rights" that seem to be missing from Constitution preempt the election results of a dozen states? This isn't Dred Scott. Homosexual marriage isn't destined as is race, gender, or many physical impairments. What is done in their bedroom is private. Wanting free health benefits by virtue of marriage makes it everybody's business.
