I WAS WRONG, this nominee is a great improvement over Harriet Miers, on paper at least.. I still believe many showed poor judgment in the method in which the way our President was openly so criticized for his initial choice. Yeah, much better to have W go uncriticized and Miers get on then to have the Presdent's feelings hurt and Alito get on.
