Ehhh. I don't like the term "Scalito". He's a fine jurist in his own right. Terms like that and also "Scalia Lite" are, well, not germaine?
I don't like them either. And if he gets called that all the time it may later plant a subtle impulse to differentiate himself from Scalia.
